The staff were polite and exceptional. The rooms were updated and extremely spacious on the 11th and 12th floors. The location was stunning, with an official residence within walking distance of the hotel. In general, I had a really great stay for the holidays at JW Marriott Washington, DC.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to all the major attractions like the White House, Washington Monument, and museums. The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot was a huge plus. the room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.
There were a few things that we didn't particularly like about the hotel. the window in our room was quite strange and made it difficult to control the light and movement.
